REGISTRATION FEE...The cost for each session is $150. You must pay in full when registering online. See below for information on attending multiple sessions.

MULTIPLE SESSIONS...We encourage all players to attend as many sessions as they'd like. For each session you attend you receive $10 off each session. The registration system will automatically take into account the discount when choosing multiple sessions. Ex: register for hitting and fielding and save $20.

MISSED SESSION...We understand that different things come up, but please plan carefully as we will not refund for a missed session.

REFUND POLICY...You may cancel 5 days prior to the first day of camp to receive a full refund. Once inside the 5-day window refunds will not be issued.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR...All players should wear flat gym shoes and suitable practice clothes. Players will receive a Guardians Winter Training shirt on day 1.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING...Bring all baseball equipment needed to perform your best at your specific session (I.e., glove for fielding and pitching, catcher's gear for catching). You only need to bring a bat/helmet if you are attending the hitting session.

CAN PARENTS OBSERVE...Absolutely. Please stay to observe your child while learning at the same time.

CHILD AND DEPENDENT CARE CREDIT...Many parents use their employer's FSA benefit to save even more. Check with your employer to see if the camp fee qualifies as Dependent Care. For FSA reimbursement purposes, the camp's FEIN is 45-0643499.

GUARDIANS TICKETS...You will be notified via email of the game and how to redeem your free tickets. This information will be sent out by Spring 2026.
